Not a good experience. Cold, dirty. The bus company continue to cut services and change timetable's making my daily trip to work a nightmare. I catch 4 buses a day in order to get to my work. I have decided to move closer to my place of work so I don't have to catch a bus again. This is the worse bus company I have ever experienced.

The amount of time I’ve spent waiting here for buses that are always late or never on time is phenomenal. If the bus driver has closed his door even if you’re right next to it knocking on the door he will not let you in once the doors are closed that’s final

Awful place. There are no doors, therefore it is always cold and windy. Moreover, there is a hole in the roof. Buses are always late and time at bus station is usually wrong, therefore I check through FirstBus app. I would prefer to never visit it, however, a lot of buses stop there...

Not surprised why people have already said that they weren't too happy with this bus station. It has a good amount of bus stops (around 16) with live times and timetables but the shelter provided have loads of gaps so if it's raining and windy, you probably wouldn't be that well sheltered.

Its the main bus stop in Newcastle Under Lyme.
It is not enclosed and does not have much seating, but it serves various routes and is well connected so can't complain

Very dirty used to be much better when they had a travel shop and even the departure boards are rubbish as 3/4 of them are turned off!

Gets busy at peak times, the 25 bus service is regular, (Hanley to Keele), most buses are on time

I had a short time to wait as I needed the number 9 that would take me to biddulph without changing buses
