Every time First buses say they are improving there services they take buses away from Manor Park in Slough.
This Time they have taken the Sunday Service out completely do they not know that they have Customers in Manor Park and also they have taken the no 5 route out so no direct service to Asda who makes these decisions obviously people who drive everywhere. I am putting this on for The people of Manor Park who deserve a better bus service than you are supplying.

I don`t know who manages the Company around these parts (Slough) but from today, September 24, 2016, the service on bus routes they provide has substantially diminished in quality which already was very poor until this date according to most users that I have been contacting. Routes in most buses (all identified with number 7) do not serve most user needs particularly on a route to Heathrow Airport`s Terminals 1,2,3 without first making a detour by Terminal 5 causing an additional 15 minute voyage and probably an additional cost in fares. Secondly, commuters trying to reach locations from the intersection at the lights, turning right on to T-5 and Staines, until where the old route buses used to turn to Ts-1,2,3 eliminating consequently 3 or 4 stops where people going to work or shop would get off. The reason why I`m speaking about this, and other reasons I will not raise at this time is : Who manages these services and does the Slough Borough Council know that this is happening ? If it does I propose the people of Slough vote the Labour Party out of this Borough and get some other Party in power that will be able to take care of the needs of this Constituency. Another good thing would be running this First s--- out of town as well. As for the other reasons I said I wouldn`t mention, the three other 1-star-only users that rated you as well have already said it for me. Good luck to all...

Most bus drivers need to learn their manners. They are not immigration authorities either have similar power on elderly passenger. Fares have became awfully expensive

This is not the first time I had problem getting access to Jackson Close, Via Jackson Close we have access to 20 flats which are situated above the Langley Library, lots of time bus drivers stops like this bus drive all the way on Main road and that too miles away from the main bust stop, obstructing the main road vehicles, obstructing access to Jackson Close, obstructing access to Langley Library

I had to wait for at least 2 minutes behind the bus then when I got chance drove in front of the bus and then took some more pictures from the front, at the same time there was another bus came after me which overtook and went pass.

timetable is straight out of Aesop's Fables, rarely on time, sometimes a complete no show, worst company to ever run buses in this area

Worst!! No timing! No display!! Very unorganised!!! Shame to uk standards!!! No one knows the bus timings. Even the drivers!!! 😊 Avoid it from slough.

Cannot get information after 5 pm no inspector available to find about lateness of buses as bus stop is other side of road scared to leave in case does turn up admit they are wrong and apologise but don't get compensated when arriving late for work .people just want to get to work or home is it to much to ask if the bus is cancelled or running late for someone in that depot to come over and tell us so we can find an alternative way to get to work or home .l know it is not the drivers fault it is management fault for taking 4 different routes to heathrow away and replacing it with one that you must admit is a shambles
