They could do so much more with this station.
Open the waiting room early enough so customer have some where to sat and have some one manning the desk so when the buses don't turn up customers have infomation point

The level of service is shocking and disappointing

I remember meeting my grandma here for the day. Nice little coffee takeaway outlet. Beautiful journey. Station isn't that great.

If you need to pick someone up from this bus station there is no parking in the station and very limited parking around it.

A really cramped and congested place, smallest bus station around the Somerset I believe, it really needs an extension.

Although its central, its dirty, smelly and in need of a big makeover. Theres no convenient parking for pick up and drop off and facilities are bad. Surely a newer statin on the periphery of the town for better access/parking is overdue for the growing town!

Well organised, helpful and easy to follow signage, helpful staff. There's even a snack bar here for coffee, tea, biscuits and chocolate.

I do like this bus station but mainly for nostalgia. Sure its small and very dated and a throw back to the 1960s but it does have a lot of charm. The kiosk does one of the best cup of teas though.

Thank you to the Taunton Bus Station staff who helped me find where to get my coach from, bigger thanks to the staff member who drove past, realised I was still lost and asked if I was okay. It was very much appreciated!
