Bus service is excellent on the 12 bus

Absolutely appalled by the lack of compassion and care shown by the receptionist at this surgery. Totally unprofessional and most certainly should not be working in a doctors surgery.

Been on hold in a queue of supposedly 2 people for over an hour trying to sort out a prescription. Absolute joke.
