As a very frequent user of the 43 service, I felt that I had to reply to one of the recent comments .Firstly, I have found most drivers ,very pleasant and approachable ,most of them are on first name basis with their passengers. There has been several road closures , delays recently between Llannsann and Llangernw ,which have caused severe disruption to this service ...not the company's fault or drivers .Every bus I have travelled on , has done all of the route and not missed the hospital out ..In general I have found this service to be very efficient and the drivers cannot do enough for you ....Well done and a massive pat on the back from one of your regulars ....

I rarely leave bad reviews but felt compelled to write one because the service of the 43 bus has been awful recently. Please hire some decent drivers again, considering getting the car on the road again to avoid this company like a plague. One driver hasn't bothered to turn up 3 times, had to get the staff at the office to call him to return (props to those staff, they are lovely) Also sometimes skips the hospital which is atrocious because you can leave people behind who rely on this bus to get home.

Another driver today had absolutely no patience for me when I was trying to pay. Made me feel like it was inconvenience for choosing to buy the cheaper return ticket as the day ticket had gone up in price. Proceeded to ask him a question and was really rude to me. miss the times when the drivers used to be friendly. This driver also closed the door on an older gentleman, didn't allow me to board the bus to do the extra round Pensarn (None of the other drivers had this issue before with me)
When it came to dropping us off, the driver ignored my dad when he asked to stop and proceeded to drive faster. My dad is elderly and struggled with the heavy shopping bags as the stop was really far. Every single driver has always stopped outside Maes Aled for us (In fact it's even more convenient for them to drop us off there than the post office!)
He's missed dentist appointments because the bus decides to not show up some days. The only decent driver was Stan, who is now retired. Really appalling service from the bus 43 drivers from M and H. Not to mention the price of the day ticket has jumped from £3.90 to £5.80. I understand the need to increase prices but a £1.90 price increase within a week is extortionate. Shambles of a bus service.

The Bus service 43 has really gone downhill. Please hire friendly drivers again! Buses not turning up is not acceptable for a Village community bus service.

My son gets the bus from his school to the local village. We gave him a £10 to pay for the journey home. The bus driver decided not to accept the £10 so just left him alone at the bus stop. An 11 year old boy. Thanks M&H coaches, very community spirited...

Went on the number 43 bus for the eye hospital .Had a very surly ,miserable driver.Made me feel like a pain for wanting to use the bus service.He was great with the regular passengers ,all smiles and laughter but as miserable as sin with me! The bus I took was the one at half past eight from Tesco's .It was on tuesday the 24th of august . I asked for a time table for the 43 ,as I had appointments at the eye hospital for the next two weeks and was told he didn't have any .Surely ,a bus like the 43 that doesn't run often should be able to supply a timetable for people who need it .Not all of us can look things up on the internet🤔 miserable driver and unfriendly service .

I have always loved M & H Coaches lovely friendly drivers Dave Ryan Owen Russell, Ebrill, and Mel, I regularly use the number 29 from Buckley to Wrexham, I really enjoy the bus, as always, I would recommend this company more than a 100 percent, also I have found these to very helpful, and pleasent understanding and they explain information really well, many thanks to M&H Coaches.
