Great since the swimming pool area has been updated. Bar areas can become cramped you need to be in the club early for a seat in peak season.
Great interaction for kids, characters around the park during the day. Some activities slightly expensive.
If staying in a private rental check passes are included as these are expensive to buy at reception

This is a bus stop. It's a very good place to go if you want to catch a bus and even more so if the bus you want to catch is the Number 3. There's a small shelter with a roof and seats and some rubbish bins but that's as exciting as it gets. There are no bars, restaurants or swimming pools and nor is there any accommodation, unless you provide your own sleeping bag, but that's common to most of the bus stops in North Wales.

This is a bus stop from where you can catch a bus to Pwllheli in one direction or Porthmadog in the other direction. Being a bus stop it doesn't have a swimming pool or any bars but the adjacent holiday park does.

Love this place. I have a caravan here and there is so much to do everyday!

Lovely place just a little expensive compared to Lincolnshire where we live.

As a disabled person who uses a wheelchair, we were put in an upstairs apartment, i asked to be swapped to anything on the ground floor due to not being able to get up stairs, I even asked if it was possible to move to a non dog friendly part as the dog wasn't with me. I was told that there was nowhere else and no ground floor apartments as I had booked to take dog on holiday as well. I've lost the money and the much needed restbite. I definitely won't book there again.

Avoid Haven Hafan Y Mor at all costs. Never have I ever been so annoyed at such insolence as displayed by Haven Holidays at Hafan Y Mor, Wales.

We decided to take a weekend break after a long few months following the illness and subsequent passing of my grandfather.

We invited one of our closest friends and her two sons and went ahead as a party of six and booked our 3 day stay through The Sun Holidays. We found out later that we actually ended up paying more than the standard rate of booking directly but weren't concerned as long as we had a nice stay.

When six of us arrived at the apartment we had been given a tiny granny flat (not even as comfortable as a caravan) which had 2 bedrooms comprising of one double bed and two single beds, a miniscule living room with two tiny sofas. We have stayed in Haven in other places such as Cornwall and have not had any issues. Apparently Hafan Y Mor think it's okay to give a two parents and their daughter (10) and one single mother and her two sons (9 and 11) JUST THREE BEDS!! When guests book a stay for 3 adults and 3 children we expect at very least 2 doubles and 2 singles (if sharing). The only response from the poor reception staff was to walk behind a screen and talk to an invisible manager and then return and say "Sorry but we can't do anything because that's the package we offer for 6 people". Apparently the Hafan Y Mor customer relations manager is in bed at home..something that they couldn't even bother to give our kids and instead want them to sleep on the mini sofa. Then the Hafan Y Mor staff persisted to blame The Sun and of course the Murdock cu**s don't even have a telephone number that's open during most office hours. We're here for two days and at least half of that is wasted, never again will we book with Haven or bother to glance at Hafan Y Mor. Our kids sleeping on the floor for a holiday I would have paid four times as much for if the facilities had been suitable. The place was a worksite even the finished areas were a mud pit and the customer experience was really just trash.

There are some very odd reviews below given that this is the listing for a bus stop. Unless people really do have their holidays in bus stops?
