Arrived 30 minutes before departure time even though the recommended time to arrive is 15 minutes. The bus stop was very easy to spot since there were about 20 people already there when I arrived. 3 buses were already parked, locked and empty. Everyone looked pretty clueless and was asking about which bus was which. The buses had no signs of the destination for the bus.
There were about 3 bus drivers in fluorescent jackets and a tie dotted around the bus stop and I proceeded to ask one of the bus drivers which bus is the 13:10 that goes to Birmingham, in which the bus driver replied quite harshly and rudely that he doesn't know and he is "having his break".
Another bus driver was standing outside his bus and he replied that his bus is the 13:25 one and he doesn't know where the Birmingham bus was.
Then, I went to the bus at the front and I asked him which bus his bus goes to and he said he doesn't know yet? I'm not sure how megabus works but do bus drivers find out their destination on the spot because I think that's a little odd.
At this point there was no more people to ask and the other passengers looked as clueless as each other so I began to wait and find someone else who is going to Birmingham.
I stood there from 12:40 to 13:20, where the first bus driver I questioned returned to the bus and started checking the bus and opening doors, in which in announced his bus was the Birmingham one.
I don't understand why he couldn't have replied me or anyone earlier so that we would at least know our bus has arrived! Just utterly rude, lazy and irresponsible staff!

Simple bus stop, not much room to sit down as only the one shelter. Quite a busy stop with Megabus serving this stop to London and other locations.
