Great place to visit. The Vast reservoir makes a great bike ride and the park below the dam is peaceful and full of artwork and sculptures by local artists. A small selection of cafes that serve hot drink with a cake or an icecream. If you want to enjoy the sceanary for longer there are B&Bs or cottages in the area to stay, alternitaviely the hotel will allow the to take in the views from a short drive away from the dam.
