RUINED WEDDING. Booked to transport people home from our wedding at 1am. Office said 'we'll put down 12:30 to make sure the buses are there on time'. Buses arrived at 12:30, DJ announced at 12:45 the buses were there, people stared making their way down, at 12:50 the buses left empty saying they wouldn't wait DESPITE THE BOOKING BEING FOR 1AM. Left around 70-80 people stranded down the Gower. Absolutely disgusting. Do not consider this company.

So it's a crazy story, it all began back last year in the fall, I decided to book a trip to Cardiff, I needed to get there pretty fast so I was put in touch with this company, they were very pleasant and my seat was very spacious and comfy, I eventually fell asleep in the back of the coach as I had recently recovered from severe encephalitis lethargica and therefore was very drowsy. We made quick haste and arrived at the destination not a minute too late, due to this I was able to hurry over to the bazaar which was visiting Cardiff, I am very grateful as I had my eye on a precious Arabian lamp to which I promptly purchased. I would travel on this coach again, they also served refreshing mints, it was like Christmas!

School bus driver with passengers cut me up on a junction forcing me to make an emergency stop, all because he didn't want to slow for the hill he had just built up speed for. His attitude was disgusting when he stopped and when phoning the office their brush off attitude was just as bad. Times like this I wish I had a dash cam. LIL 8556 15:45 06/06/2018

AVOID THIS COMPANY!! Me and my friends paid £1550 for them to take us to a festival. The bus left us stranded for 2 hours at 5:30am without a phone call to say why they had not picked us up. When we finally managed to get hold of someone at the office they were extremely rude and kept putting the phone down on us. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely awful, do not recommend!! Paid over £1500 for a couch to pick just over 30 of us and take us to a festival. The bus turned up 2 hours late with no explanation or no apologies, we waited 2 hours in the cold ringing and ringing the company with no answer and when they finally did answer they were rude and had no explanation on why the bus has not arrived except for that the 'bus driver was tired'. We missed nearly a full day of the festival due to us turning up late and being stuck in queues which we would of avoided if the bus was ON TIME. We have since emailed the company and had no reply.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! Me and my friends trusted this bus company to take us to a festival. We were left waiting outside a train station for over two hours with no information or explanation for the delay. This resulted in us being late for the festival. After numerous phone call attempts we finally managed to get contact with the company for them to put the phone down on us !!! We have tried getting contact with the company to see whether they will be compensating us for the awful service, however they are ignoring us. Will never use this company again.

DO NOT USE. After paying over £1500 to take us to a festival the bus failed to turn up. Managed to get in contact with the company 2 hours later with no explanation and they kept hanging up the phone.

Awful !!!! Do not recommend, paid £1500 for this company to take me and my friends to a festival they didn’t turn up for 2 hours with no explanation. We phoned them over 30 times and no response until they answered and kept hanging up on us. Never again - avoid this company.
