Old fashioned buildings in need of an overhaul. However, there is a wide range of businesses there and many are not customer facing anyway.

Kingshill is very confusing l would hate to live or work there

Well maintained business centre with excellent customer service. 194 offices of various sizes across 7 listed & 1 brand new building. Offices available on a rolling monthly basis. Close to shops, road and rail services.

Nice kept grounds

This business has no interest in the wellbeing of its tenants! Their actions have proved they are happy to take rent payments while at the same time denying those tenants access to their property. Appalling behaviour!

Excellent customer service, lovely offices. They really want small business to succeed here. Thank you!
