The Landmark

I honestly cannot recommend the team at the The Landmark highly enough. From the warm and friendly welcome to the high quality of service, food and refreshments - everything is exceptional. Liz and Claire are wonderful hosts and really ensure we and our guests have everything we need.

The Landmark itself is a fascinating venue - really quirky, full of history and lovingly renovated to the highest possible standards. It contains state of the art technology so you just turn up with your laptop, plug in and you're good to go. If you're looking for a brilliant venue with excellent hosts, look no further than The Landmark.

Came to the Landmark for a few hours of desk space and they offered a perfect setup!

Way better than working while hunched over the kitchen table.

Absolutely stunning building and facilities! Hands down the place to be if you are looking for a venue for training or team building or any event!! Even just as a space to work away from home! Highly recommended! The bar is also excellent 🙂

Went for my mum's 50th party and it was the best party I've ever had, rooms are an incredible piece of architecture, it was stunning. Would highly recommended for parties, beautiful artifact of Burnley

I went to a Christmas party tonight at the landmark. Ample parking space, lovely reception with a nice polite welcoming guy showing me to the room it was in. Lovely carpets, nice interior. The room had a bar in the next room, large room with lovely tables again nice decor, was warm and plenty of light. The toilets are down the hall, only 2 toilets but so clean and again we'll designed. The staff there are friendly and it was a good night all around. Definitely recommend for a place to book, they do weddings, and rent rooms out great place to be.

Went to a piano concert in the hall.

Bar available and loveley refurbishment carried out of the old Grammar School.
Cast Iron Radiators warming the place nicely. One of the best function rooms in Burnley for around 100 people

Rating as a co-working space. Trialled 1 day Dec 2021, I may return.
Pros: very reasonable price; day rate available; beautiful old building with modern refurbishment; pleasant staff; good office atmosphere (right balance of friendly and quiet); good internet; price includes instant coffee etc.
Cons: very limited on-site parking (first-come, first served) and not much nearby; can't enter the building too early or stay too late if work demands

Chris, resident expert barista, will make you a superb brew to ease you into a day of co-working in a sumptuously decorated room full of interesting people looked after by the attentive and caring staff. Finish off the week with a beer and make some new friends in The Lounge. Or work at home with the cat and a Tetleys.
