Arena Business Centres

This is an excellent building in which to have an office. First and foremost, the staff are superb…a special mention to Julie, Olivia and Sam who are outstanding and friendly front-of-house. Our office is perfect for our needs and, while it doesn’t have an outward facing window, does have two huge windows pointing towards a bright and naturally lit atrium. The services available are ideal for running a business and if there are any questions or queries, we know that the team will do their very best to answer them. A really great place to be! Don’t get me wrong, the people who work here are great. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

But half the offices in this building don’t get any natural light at all. My company has moved us into this building to downsize and put us in a room with a view of a plain white wall and about half an inch of sky. It’s just very depressing and I avoid working there as much as I can.

None of the windows on the upper floors open, so even if you do have an outward facing window there is no chance of getting any fresh air at all.

The kitchen upstairs has a pointless plastic divider in it that means only one person can be in there at a time, two at a push if you’re comfortable getting cosy.

The doors going from the kitchen to the offices are designed in such a way that you have to have a free hand to open them, don’t even bother trying to carry multiple cups of tea, or a cup and a bowl.

Very difficult to get any kind of signal or WiFi in the offices also, with online calls regularly cutting out.
All in all, it’s a building not properly designed for people to exist in.

Absolutely incredible! Having used a couple of services offices locally I can honestly say that Arena are miles apart in terms of how you are made to feel and how much they genuinely care! The assistant manager here is Olivia (Liv) and she has made moving to Arena so easy and stress-free! She has been so attentive and nothing is ever to much to ask - Thank you Liv!!!

As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted and instantly feel the warmth of the building and the team, I have so much confidence that customers and suppliers would be greeted very pleasantly. As they say it really is 'Corporate done with personality'.

We have also had the pleasure of dealing with Rhiannon and Sam who are equally as amazing as Liv!

We decided to decorate our office, so I have attached some pictures. We are so happy to have this as our home moving forwards.

Arena is an amazing place to have an office, or in my case a beauty room.
I've had a room here for over 7 years, which is testimony as to how good they are!
All the staff are friendly, which helps to create a wonderful environment in the building.

We have been using Arena Business Centres at your Barnes Wallis Rd site since 2006.
In 15 years we have used the premises to meet many thousands of our clients for one-to-one meetings. Your team is always extremely speedy at responding to any enquiries and they are always cheerful and efficient. I don’t recall that we have ever had any negative feedback from any of our clients, which is pretty impressive with that many of them using the premises.
The atrium is such a lovely bright uplifting space for the cafe, and I’m told that the coffee is delicious! Well done. Keep up the good work!

We moved into Arena Number 25 in Fareham after some office down-sizing.

I'd only visited once before when the building was still operated by Regus, but Arena have done great work with the premises. The facilities are immaculate, and the centre staff are delightful to work with.

All our requirements were met without a fuss, and the suite is going to fit our needs perfectly.

Arena Fareham is a brilliant place to do business. We use an office in the building as a Regional Hub and it is a significant improvement on our old premises. The staff are always really helpful and willing to assist with everything from managing visitors to providing additional space at other locations when we have asked. The building is well maintained and has a great feel to work in - I always enjoy my working days at Arena Fareham.
