Just been there for the skills tests and the girl checking your docs couldn't be nastier and unfriendly. In case you wonder who, it's the one with dark hair. I understand your job is repetitive and lacks of excitement but don't take it on the people there. She lacks of people skills
The male staff were on the contrary, very helpful and friendly, specially the one welcoming you.

Especially the Life in UK testing centre and their workers. Rude, condescending and with a chip on their shoulder. The concierge were very helpful and understanding. Shame about the test centre though and that it is approved by UK government to represent it!!!! If that's how UK wants to be represented then I rather go home!!!! Honestly I dont think Words could describe how disappointed, upset and outraged I feel about my experience today. Disgusting

It was the worst experience of my life.
Had to go to the 8th floor. Life in uk test centre....please avoid
The two young girls at the welcome desk were so aggressive and unfriendly.

Rude receptionists female staff only on 04/12/2020, nor manner neither sympathy towards the people.
If you do not like your job I am sure other people will love it. I can see previous negative comments are regarding the same topic.

Nice and well organised location, as you would expect from a test centre. Staf very friendly too 😊 Car parking is not available on site, but there are plenty car parks around the area

Well building well managed. Nice and clean inside. But outside omg (the place it is). Few times visited. But outside looks like village side. And isn't that secure enough for people outside and in. As you would expect from government running place.
