I called to enquire in regard to an office space. Largely overpriced and very rude responses from staff when enquiring about packages!

I have unfortunately been a client of Regent House Aylesbury since July 2022 so I am qualified to advise anyone who is thinking of joining this business centre. Since July 2022 the contract us clients have signed has been unilaterally changed by the owner of Thomdell Group Ltd (Steven Ridell) three times without due consideration for his clients. The price was £100 + VAT per month for hot desking in July 2022, thereafter the hot desking option was revoked at random and we were asked to sign up for £195 + VAT in November 2022. Most recently in December 2022 the clients were asked to sign up to £210 + VAT per month otherwise give notice to leave (against the licenses that were originally signed). If we were not in agreement we were asked to get out and never come back, otherwise it would be ‘trespassing’. Steven is a rude individual who does not know how to treat his clients, everyone who rents a desk in the co-working area is unhappy with how they are treated and the house rules are constantly changing. Moreover the co-working area is rarely cleaned and the lighting fixtures are motion sensitive which means you will be often left working in the dark if you do not wave your hands every 3-5 minutes. I would not recommend this business centre to anyone looking, should you want a professional service and respect please google other alternatives in the Aylesbury area. This place will treat you unprofessionally and force you to vary your contract as and when they feel like it, without due consideration. If you do want to join, be ready for a warm welcome and false promises which are reneged on, and a contract which isn’t worth the paper it is written on. The centre in it’s short life has already fired one centre manager so this should show you the bad faith in which the place is run. Upon visiting the centre you can clearly see how empty it is, and I hope this review can help you reach your decision as to whether to join.

I'm sorry, but I absolutely hated going in.

Firstly, the door buzzer doesn't really work.

Secondly, there was no one in reception at all, which is unacceptable.

Lastly, there was almost no one in the building when I eventually managed to get inside.

I had no idea where I was supposed to go, and there was no one around to tell me.
