Extremely pleased with the service from the selective team. First time using them for a special occasion and very happy indeed with the prestige car they had provided. Impressed from the moment I collected the car and on return. Will definitely be using them again!

Terrible service- Booked a car for best friends wedding and cancelled not once but twice.

Promised to deliver but made every excuse under the sun. Put me under a lot of pressure at last minute to rearrange.

Very unprofessional, would never use again.

Optimum VR is a joke of a company.

Hired a car for a friend's wedding, when I went to collect the car, the car had damage which they did not make me aware of beforehand.

Car then broke down the next day and they replaced a sports car with a diesel saloon. After returning the car they wouldn't respond to my emails or kept telling me over the phone that somebody would contact me to resolve the situation.

The replacement car also came with an empty fuel tank when they reassured me over they would reimburse this too.

Took almost 2 weeks to get my deposit back!
