The Incuba

Wow. Great business or seminar venue. I did my celta training here. It's truly amazing. The cafe is only open a few hours so you need to order in advance. Otherwise great place.

We have been tenants of The Incuba since March 2017 and could not be happier with our Landlords.

Before deciding to set up our offices in their building, we visited a number of other office providers in the Bedfordshire area so that we could make an informed decision.

After seeing a number of sites in popular business parks we chose The Incuba as they provide us with modern state of the art offices, which offered us ample free on-site parking, furnished offices, free WIFI, large break out areas, an on-site canteen and the staff are very friendly, welcoming and are always happy to help and support us with our start up needs.

It's a great venue and the staff were super helpful, but it loses a star for its lack of air con. Seminar was in high summer.

A nice place for functions and events. We went to NCT and it was modern looking and comfortable

Please, give this building a lick of paint. Whoever thought metal signs on a white wall was a good idea needs to take a break.

No clue what goes on inside this building, it's simply an eye sore.
