The worst service ever experienced. NEVER CHOOSE THIS COMPANY. I requested for the intercom repair and an engineer came on that day, took everything apart and then said he had to order a new intercom which the company will do and then he should be able to fix it. I get an email few days after for confirmation and after giving confirmation and receiving a reply saying we should be able to fix it soon, three weeks later not one single email or call so I called three times and for two calls they said we will get back to you soon and after one more week I call and they said I got no proper reason but engineer has said he will not do the job now. Such a ridiculous service and very unprofessional as no updates are given when they decided not to do the job. Such a laugh.
