Used to be decent but in recent years the Estate has become dirty and not well looked after. It looks very shabby now

Need to have direction markers for proper traffic management / walk around people.

Easy access but parking is very restricted

Only the receptionist there and she not got a forklift licence in fact they not got a forklift 🤣🤣 but she was very pleasant and helpful lovely girl. Arranged to get forklift to get unloaded

Signage is bad. Hard to find one place for the first time. Roads are not very good

Was a very fun experience for my twins aged 10. Would recommend highly. Instructions from the instructor was clear and he was helpful when kids needed assistance.

This place is good for rental warehouse,units and work in offices.and 34 hour access for lorries and containers for loading and off loading .quit busy in morning time

Busy, Limited parking places, but overall multiple businesses in here, so not really an issue.
