CoWorkz Sealand

I had an office in the main block for a few months at CoWorkz Sealand and my experience was postive. The spaces available are good value for money, in good condition and come with complimentary internet (basic 5Mbps) which is useful (you need to pay for higher speeds). Another significant advantage is that, whilst its a busy place, I never experienced alot of difficulty in finding a parking spot - and it's relatively easy to get to (drive, park and ride or 2 mile walk from Chester). The people running the site were friendly and helpful. The only thing I would say is that it would have been good to have some sort of networking within the CoWorkz community to get to know the other businesses throughout the site a little better - I think they're working on that now.

Lots of small businesses there

We've been at coWorkz Sealand for a couple of weeks now and I can honestly say it has been brilliant.

Tracy is a fantastic site manager, always ready to give a helping hand or simply have a catch up and the site itself is easily accessible and in a great spot.

In our previous accommodation, parking was always a nightmare situation and with a team of 7, it was always a struggle to find spaces that didn't cost a fortune. Now there are plenty of spaces to choose from and most of the team is in every day.

The office space itself is a great space, with plenty of room for our desks (provided) and even a coffee station to fuel all our hard work!

I would definitely recommend coWorkz to any local businesses looking to enjoy the benefits of being Chester based without having to be in the busy city centre.

Fantastic location and the parking is really handy. The facilities are great and very well kept. Tracy the Office Manager is fab and makes everyone feel really welcome and resolves any issues quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend CoWorkz Sealand to any small business looking for commercial space in Chester with an unshakable confidence. I was there for 7 months and found the overall experience to be extremely positive, 5 stars from me.

Cars parked all over the show (Road and Footpaths), and restricting traffic and access with no regard for other users....
Something ought to be done about it. Especially those parked on footpaths preventing pedestrian and WHEELCHAIR access... Shame on all who behave like that.... #chesterand cheshirewest

I was visiting the Bike Hub.. fabulous and helpful staff. Fixed me up in a jiffy.

I have an office here, Tracy and the team are 2nd to none, Highly recommended.
