I chose LSBF after hearing such great things from a close friend who graduated with a fantastic job after he graduated from the school. I am glad that I followed his advice! I found the course to be extremely industry relevant. The lecturers were able to share tons of real life experience, which really made the topics come to life. The staff were fantastic and the school provided the opportunity to network with future business leaders from around the world!

I attend evening classes while studying CIMA during 2012/13. Initially picked LSBF as it was very convenient to work and also quite a bit cheaper than Kaplan/BPP.
I think the quality of the teaching, with one or two exceptions, is high. Tutors were excellent at directing you to the material on which you would be examined and knew the syllabus extremely well. Unsurprisingly perhaps, the focus is very much on giving students what they need to pass the exam and not a great deal more. This is all most students want in any case. However, high achievers may be frustrated by the lack of ambition.
Signing up to an in class course gets you access to LSBF's online portal which includes video recordings of lectures and is very useful.
As others have said, the administration side of the college is woeful. The classrooms and campus is a little underwhelming but sufficient if you only intend to be there during teaching time. Locate itself is excellent with the tube station metres away.

Overall I would recommend LSBF for CIMA, especially if cost is a constraint. I think the teaching is the equal of Kaplan/BPP even if the facilities are not.

After reading the comments on here, I am a bit surprised and didn't have this experience. Judging from the reviews, I'd say that the University isn't a good choice for MBA's, post graduate's and short courses. Maybe my experience wasn't as bad because I was a part time evening student. I studied a professional paper.

The lectures and tutors are amazing but the administration is terrible.

In regards to the actual course, ie course materials, online classes, tutors being easily contactable, it is great.

The admin is lacking. This is the only reason they did not get 5 star's.

The worst experience in my whole life!!! this is not a real school, the tutors are random people, very low competence! They are providing you with some ridiculous slides and talking common things. The level is really very low. For this huge amount of money I would expect more. At the end they ask you to write an academic paper on topics that you have never covered in the class. The learning materials do not match with the assignments. The organization, structure of the whole process is horrible. Pls do not waste time and money!!!! It is not worth at all! I really regret!!!

I’ve completed few short executive courses with LSBF since 2015, including a Postgraduate Certificate in Finance, and they were all impactful in my career.

Tutors are truly experts in their field of teaching; courses are very well designed, and up-to-date, mode of delivery also involves class discussion, role-plays, and case studies.

Class size is small and we have the chance to interact with students from all over the world, which is an excellent opportunity to network, share ideas, and understand their business perspectives.

Excellent value for money, especially after you become part of their Alumni, as you can claim a 20% Alumni discount.

Furthermore, they are BAC accredited and you can earn CPD points from their courses.

LSBF - By far, the best choice.

The LSBF AAT course was very disappointing . I tried to study AAT with LSBF to enhance my knowledge of accounting during lockdown. I requested a partial refund for the modules I did not study over the year, as the tests were cancelled because of COVID restrictions. I received no reply what so ever.
