They used to provide a great product and service, but it has been going downhill over the last few years. I debated whether to resubscribe this year but unfortunately I did! Information we know is on the public record is not on their site, it is out of date, not reliable misses out important information and often just does not work, so we have to go to Companies House direct, at which point why waste your money on a subscription! Call them up they say having a few problems and the developers are working on it, but this has been going on for months! so told write in and make a complaint!

They want to be an agent but refuse to do the work that is required of an agent. I won't use them again..

Thank you for your review, we are currently in the midst of emailing about your misunderstanding about our renewal procedures. As stated, you have not yet cancelled your address services with us and that is why money was owed to us. We have explained that as soon as the address is updated we will be happy to provide you with a refund but until then, no money is due to be refunded.

How did you get the data required for the identification of myself in the system? Under GDPR regulations you can use it only for precise agreed purposes. Never gave you this email, never gave you my agreement to use it on Google Maps.

ICO will be made aware of your improper use of my data.

Shocking volume of spam you need to go through to form a company. Aggressive with their selling. I will look eleswhere for other companies for our clients.

Nasty threatening emails telling me they are going to have my company shut down and report me to companies house - after seven years of paying thousands - because I was on holiday and apparently missed a renewal on one of the many subscriptions I have with them. Will be moving all 6 of my companies away from them, disgusting attitude and nasty tone. They didn't have much competition when I first started using them best part of a decade ago - that is not the case now.

This company is far from simple. States 3 hrs, its been 3 weeks. Dont respond or care. Useless, stay clear.

This is a very sinister and aggressive company. If you cancel they will threaten to report you to Companies House. We have repeatedly cancelled this account. Here is one of several very menacing emails we have received form them.

Over the last month, we have emailed multiple times requesting that you either pay for your service or cancel it. You have done neither.

Tomorrow (05/02/2022) we will add a £30 administration fee to your account and file the Application to change a company's disputed registered office address (RP07) paperwork with Companies House.

Our filing of the RP07 forms can result in:
Your home address replacing our address and appearing on the public register
Your company being shut down

I agree with some of the other reviews. I called up today to explain that I no longer want to continue with my subscription. I was asked to change my address which I had no problem in doing so. I spoke to Danielle (customer service) who continued to be rude and patronising. You are generally better of going direct to Companies House than this website as you get less hassle and not being robbed. I had to explain to Danielle several times this I whish to cancel my subscription, she then proceeded to inform me that they will put it on hold. Again I asked if this conversation was being recorded, as I was shocked with the clear unprofessionalism and refusal of allowing me to cancel my subscription, Despite informing her that what she is doing is bad practice (and illegal), she did not care.

They registered a business at Companies House without checking the information was legitimate. They allowed this business to falsify the registered address. This only came to light when correspondence was being delivered to my daughter and I checked her address on Google
