Halal shop in Crawley. Friendly staff. You can get halal meat and chicken. Almost All Pakistani foods are available. They have frozen foods available as well. You can get all sorts of Asian spices and condiments as well. Parking available as well.

The store has quite a good range of product and is conveniently located. Most staff members are indifferent although one or two are happy and polite. There is usually a queue for the meat counter and every time I've been waiting someone has queue jumped. My partner reports the same experience. The staff do not address this issue. I also find that I have to cook the meat the same day as it is usually gone off by the following day. I have been overcharged on at least 2 occasions. On one occasion my partner had bought a selection box of Mithai which he realised was mouldy once he had got it home. The lable stated that it should have been stored in the fridge and it had not been. The staff were not happy to refund us and tried to give us a partial refund. They did not seem concerned about the rest of the Mithai being stored unrefridgerated. Overall, more often than not I leave the store feeling quite annoyed.

This shops sells nearly everything from frozen food to fresh vegetables.

I've had many bad experiences at this place, customer service is incredible poor. I asked to see my meat and the employee refused and said "I have seen it already" in a rude tone, they never offer the receipt with the products which can be very frustrating as I have to ask everytime. The employees clearly don't care about the customer. I got lamb feet form the shop and i wanted to see if there is any hair on the meat but my request was declined because the employee didn't value the customer and what they wanted, later I realised there was hair on the meat. I am disappointed.

This is what’s going on behind the shop, not a care in the world, haven’t been able to sit outside because of the rotting smell making us gag it’s absolutely disgusting I cannot express how vile it really is. Can you imagine what’s going on with this in this heat? The things growing in there I cannot imagine. Told the shop about it numerous times, don’t do anything about it. I have no words

very bad service chatting away couldn't care less customers are waiting and even the boss with his grumpy face not just once but always i would totally avoid if there was another halal meat shop close by its so unfortunate because we like to support local shops and community but staff like this make it so unnecessarily difficult

Love the new rennovation, bigger store, everyone wearing masks, good variety of all foods especially frozen. Offer fresh foods too
