Couldn't give my qurbani this year as I put my trust in these guys to deliver only to be told Its cancelled on the 4th day.
I was told that they don't want any hassle before starting the conversation about qurbani requirements but in the end I feel like I was the one messed around.

Gave a week's notice to ensure I got it the day after Eid, told it'll be delayed and to collect on the Sunday, which was the day after via phonecall.. on Sunday at 4pm receive a message saying there was an error on the suppliers side and others have been impacted too, so collect on Tuesday.. Monday afternoon receive a message to say it's cancelled and therefore myself and family/friends are left without any qurbani meat this year and put in the worst possible position without being able to rectify. Wouldn't be surprised if their are others who have been been put in the same situation.

Won't be dealing with these guys again after the experience and will be telling family/friends to stay clear.

Terrible customer service. just simply walked out. asked the staff if he can cube the liver, simply said it's easy you can cut it at home. first time experienced it in a butcher, refusing to cut it for the customer..

Friendly staff member, I simply buy from them because of the way they handle your order, very hygienic.
