Excellent service and lamb. Robert is a really nice guy who was so obliging. I wanted a full saddle cut into Barnsley chops. Happy to carve up a new carcass. Then did freezer bags without asking. Less than £15 per kilo for well hung lamb that tastes fantastic. it grew up on local hills so great eco footprint too. Knocks socks of a supermarket.
