Always fresh, always great quality. We've been shopping here for years. We often ask for advice on what is best and get great meat every time. The sausages are amazing, especially the ones with coffee in!!!!

From Sunday roast to steaks and burgers for the BBQ always top quality meat. The marinades added to the kebabs are gorgeous.
Ask for the black garlic to be added to your steak!
All staff whatever their age or experience could not be more helpful. All have expertise and are extremely informative.
Their sausage rolls are a delicious meal in themselves.
When they recommend certain meats they also inform you of their local origin.
It's worth paying a little bit extra for this high quality produce. Hard to find anything better!

Amazing quality and choice. The chicken burgers and Picanha steaks are especially good. Welsh free range duck and chicken eggs are available. There's also an excellent range of sauces and rubs to purchase. Staff are very friendly, and will prepare the meat as you like it. It's the difference between buying from trained butchers in a shop with links to farms, and those "butcher" shops that simply sell pre-processed meat from wholsalers.

Absolute top quality produce. Fair prices. Good service. I’m sure this must be one of the best butchers in the UK. There’s certainly no better in Cardiff that I know of.
