Great Local Butcher! Lovely selection of meats, plus gorgeous Pâté. Friendly staff too which is always a bonus. 5 STARS.

I have NO idea how this place is still open, I can only assume that a lot of people have no idea how meat should taste.

Meat from here is incredibly poor quality. Bland, fatty, low grade cuts at high prices. Huge let down!

We always buy our meat and deli products from the gwalia excellent quality and great service. we are lucky to have such a great shop in the town.

Since me and my family moved to Rhuddlan 18 months ago, I've used this Butchers on a regular basis and loved the service. Since COVID, I've used this place twice and I think that will be our last. Myself and my 'Pregnant' partner went to the shop to get bits for tea, my partner has been shielding and hasn't been out much. We went in the shop and we were the only people inside, my partner was getting stuff for tea and I was separately getting some things too for my elderly father and tea ideas for later in the week. A woman came in the shop after us and the man behind the counter asked if me or my partner would leave the shop, the lady who came him after us even offered to leave, but because me and my partner were together, the man behind the counter wanted one of us to leave, didn't handle it well and didn't take into consideration that we was both buying different stuff. My Pregnant partner finished getting what she needed then left and I didn't get what I needed as I was sent out even though I wanted to be served, so we left very unsatisfied. I know the safety measures, I agree with them, but assuming without asking customers is not good and a bad attitude isn't customer friendly, especially with people that spend money there regularly. Think I'll find a New butchers from here on.

We had Lamb Chops & a Steak & Ale pie , both were absolutely delicious & prices are more than reasonable , would definitely recommend and will definitely return !

I have managed through covid with the meat in my freezer and chicken which finally ran out this week.i love lamb and had ordered my veg from veg shop next door to this butchers..I asked if veg shop could get me some lamb chops..upside is I wished I had ordered before they were delicious..I will be setting up regular order if possible and when I can go out look forward to seeing and ordering more delights

Absolutely disgraceful driving this morning by your van driver. There are speed limits for a reason and jeopardising public is a deplorable act. Shame on you and the image you portray of this business.
