Shopped here when we stayed at Glanusk Estate for Christmas shopping get together. A family run butchers business operating since 1974 that offers locally produced fresh meat and select vegetables. Their food hampers looked enticing. Needless to say, the quality and service was top class.

Amazing produce and lots of choice. Could have easily spent ages here perusing the shelves. Staff are also really friendly and happy to help.

What a great place. We do the food shopping here when my family is staying in the area for breaks away from London and it has become an essential stop for us. Last time we even drove over from Herefordshire. Great meat and a top selection of tasty stuff from samosas to pickles.

Excellent range of local and fresh meats & cheeses, and is well-priced. The fresh fruit and vegetables are also great, and always from a local farm and seasonal; it is a sustainable shop.

Service is good, and safety measures during Covid-19 are up to standards. Highly recommended.

I always feel abit nervous going into a butchers as they can either be unhelpful or friendly. After doing some research to find a good Welsh butcher, i found my experience both helpful and super friendly. Lots of customers queuing up here, can't go wrong.

Excellent selection of cheese and meats. Plus veg, fruit, dairy. Friendly informative staff. The cheese selection from Wales was plentiful and some of the best cheese we’ve ever had

Fabulous local butcher and greengrocer. Friendly, helpful staff who try to remember every regular by name. Lots of local produce, extensive cheese range, featuring Welsh ones, and many "deli" items. Frozen fish as well as all the meats.
