Really good sausages and bacon and I'm not a local and my father and grandfather were butchers.

I'm visiting the area with my family and we bought a couple of burgers, sausages and some sirloin as a treat. Wow. From the humble bangers to the steaks, the meat was unbeatable. So full of flavour and all local, too. I rarely take the time to add reviews online but their meat was so good I felt I had to. Outstanding.

Fantastic meat from this place. Always worth a visit. Beautiful sausages too and they often sell duck eggs and they are always so friendly and helpful.

Update- had a sirloin joint recently that was one of tastiest bits of meat I’ve ever eaten! Roasted half for a lovely roast dinner and had the rest as sublime steaks.

Best bacon in the whole wide world! It is thickly sliced and dry cured. I also bought some breakfast sausage and 2 lamb shanks to bring home to London with me. If only I had a butcher like this near me :(

We were told we could get local honey at the butchers (yummy) so also thought as reviews are so good will try their meat. Fantastic. Bought some bacon, sausage and a sirloin steak as a treat. Very friendly. Free advice on best way to cook steak. Will definitely return.

Never had anything but excellent quality tasty meat from Jones Bros, always friendly welcome good advice and local produce, cant beat them. good points everything, bad points none.
