Karl made me the best focaccia sandwich ever early Friday morning for a long journey - salami, tomato, cheese and olive oil with a pork pie on the side. Very high quality. Brilliant.

Love this shop. Great sausage rolls and sandwiches. Lovely little presents & treats. Butchers, wine, condiments, drinks. Spacious and beautifully laid out.

The highlight of Mercado is their excellent butcher - he knows cuts well, he makes excellent black pudding, sausages, burgers and smoked bacon himself. Also, if you need help with cuts or cooking, you're in good hands. The beef and lamb is always excellent and we've never been disappointed by anything we've had recommended.
The Christmas selection is also well thought out - from the large traditional turkey packs to things for smaller families. Customer service is excellent and there's a great selection of wines across the shop if you need something to go with your Dexter steak!

Ordered a take away bacon and sausage bap, got home no butter on the bap especially when paying premium proces, that’s poor.

The butchers section is really decent, i can recommend getting a steak or the bacon. Been twice over the last three years and the same Chap behind the counter has been there, he clearly takes pride in his work and the quality speaks for itself.

The store has a selection of ipa's and pale ales that were proper craft quality, a varied wine stock and the usual chutneys and jams.

Makes this a must visit store for beaumaris.

Knocked it out of the park again with the Beef absolutely stunning. Killed on the 6th of September hung and boned out on the 17th December just how it should be. Can’t thank Dave the butcher again for the best beef anybody could ask for Christmas. Looking forward to coming in for some steak next time.

I recently purchased Scottish square sausage from David, the resident Scottish butcher. It was delicious, so tasty and full of flavour. Quality beef and I will definitely be back for more in future. A great traditional butcher's shop, with style.
