Mu Mu: Lounges. Cabaret. Club

One of the best restaurants I have ever been! What an incredible atmosphere. Beautiful and exquisite dishes. Incredibly friendly customer service. It is my second time there and I have enjoyed it so much. It is certainly a hidden gem. I wish this restaurant could be the #1 in Kent because it certainly made me feel like it was. I want to give many thanks to Nathalie for being so welcoming and friendly!

A restaurant like no other in Kent. Swing your pants as you enter the dimly lit stage show atmosphere that is Mu Mu’s restaurant. It feels like a piece of the New Orlean’s American pie.
Speaking to its lovely, professional staff, they mention to me that the owner worked for the Rolling Stones as a stage director. How cool is that?
Aside from its artistic, French-inspired decor and early 20th century swing music, the food is "simply amazing". Exciting, well presented and served well dressed; please come with a large appetite, the food portions are gargantuan. The out-of-the-oven small sourdough loaf is the best tasting bread this side of the channel tunnel.
Food is served at a relaxed easy, pace. So please bring your slippers, a lorgnette and an appetite.

We had the pleasure of visiting the Mu Mu: Lounges and cabaret last night for a hen party. It really did not disappoint. The place was packed with parties celebrating. Despite being so very busy, the food was delicious and being the last party served, it was always hot. It was well staffed, well organised and all the staff were friendly and smiling, despite being very busy. Madame Mu Mu was fantastic and very funny and the burlesque dancer was very talented and spurred us all on to get to the gym!!! I would definitely be happy to visit again and would highly recommend it to anyone! Thankyou for a great evening.

Absolutely disgusted with my experience at this place. My partner and I went here for a drink and walked into the club area at the back to see the white DJ had his face painted Black. I was left extremely upset by this and had to leave without finishing our drinks.
There is no excuse for this utterly racist behaviour and no one else calling it out. Its 2022 when will it stop?!

Had a great time at the drag queen brunch, the only thing that has made me put 2 stars is the price of drinks.l, which has blown my mind. I ordered 2 single rum and cokes with lime and it was £19.80!!!!!! What the actual hell! Its Maidstone, not central London.
Well then your bar attendants are ripping people off because I 100% asked for 2 singles and myself and the person I was with saw her make them and they were definitely singles but I was charged £19.80.

We joined our lovely friends for a Christmas night out on Saturday and had a brilliant night, we had the bottomless drinks from 7-9pm & 3 course dinner with entertainment, the food was good & plenty of it and the waitresses were really good at keeping our glasses topped up. There were 8 of us & we were a bit squashed round the table but after a few drinks we got used to it!! Sherbert Dip was a brilliant hostess with the mostess, singing & entertaining the crowd, she got us joining in the games to win shots & even had some of us up joining in a rude version of the 12 days of Christmas , really good fun! We were gutted that it all went too quickly & before we knew it Sherberts act was over & so was that part of the evening, we would have been happy to watch another 2 hours of Sherbert!! Would definitely return to Mu Mu’s in the future!!!

Without a doubt the best bottomless in kent and a great price too considering it’s 2 hours of bottomless and decent food too- Dirty burger is amazing.
We also did the drag queen on a Sunday and she was absolutely wonderful. Would definitely recommend.
