I went to a beautiful Jazz Club last night for a friends Birthday. What a gem!!! The decor is dark and sumptuous with velvet curtains and vintage furniture. With a DJ and cocktails it has a private club feel. It is also a venue for mid week dance classes. I really wish I had taken photos as the paintings behind the bar are beautiful and it’s hard to convey how great this club looks. This is a business which deserves to be supported. I will be back.

Had the most amazing birthday party at this beautiful venue. It’s run by awesome people and the atmosphere is simply sublime. It’s easy to get to from London Bridge & very close to many bus routes and only minutes away from New Cross station. The Jazzbourne is a comfortable venue with great facilities and they also run a wide range of activities… be sure to check them out!

The venue is a tiny and cozy bar where you can find cocktails, drinks and wines all carefully environmentally sustainable!
it must has to do something with jazz, right? Though it’s not the only activity that takes place at Jazzbourne, you can attend jazz dance classes on Thursdays and then stay to test what you’ve learned on a party afterwards.
The live drawing events on Wednesdays are just so beautiful and unexpectedly relaxing - no prior experience is needed, only curiosity and the need and will to have an unique good time!

I went last Tuesday to my first life drawing event ever at Jazzbourne. I found this activity really relaxing and fun, the atmosphere is also great. If you are looking to do something different give it a try. Jazz music while life drawing is 👌👌 Will be back x

Sharon Davis has put all her expertise into creating an amazing venue that ensures a first-class dance experience. Every ingredient is immaculate: music, atmosphere, ethics, sprung floor, decor, drinks and dancers…

And it’s so easy to get to: Jazzbourne is literally 2 minutes’ walk from New Cross station - and that’s just 5 minutes’ ride from London Bridge, 9 mins from Cannon Street or 13 mins from the Elizabeth Line.

At the time of writing, there is an introductory FREE social dance from 8.30pm every Thursday.

Recommended.

Sharon is the best jazz dance teacher in London! She's approachable and fun as well as ever professional, patient and clear when breaking down the dance steps, styles, variations and choreography. Highly recommended classes! I can't wait to get to the social dance for some Lindy Hop on Thursdays.

Attended the weekly swing dance night, and received a warm and friendly welcome, in this neat little venue. The decent selection of ales from small craft brewers was a welcome bonus.

Love this place, great decor, people and atmosphere, felt very at home!
Did a brilliant and very comfortable life drawing class' with a beer in one hand brush in the other. (Pencil and Paper all provided!)
The class genuinely opened up a latent artistic side of myself which Id not felt since childhood!
I also went to live Jazz night with great musicians and wonderful hospitality from the Sharon and Nick who set up, made and run Jazzbourne.
Bring on the Dance classes!
