What a lovely chap for starters! Customer care 5 out of 5 - he listens to the requirements. Quality of Work - 5/5 - got to be seen to be believed - what he did with a very complicated chair of 20 years was amazing - it had intricate mechanisms the lot. Choice of Fabrics - 5/5 - just enough and not overwhelming. Would I used him again - yes a true old fashioned time served craftsman.
