Great job. Turned up very quickly (same day after calling for a quote) , assessed the job, gave helpful advice. Got straight to work. Provided a professional and friendly service. A bit pricey but worth it for the quick and convenient service provided.

An engineer was dispatched within the hour of my initial phone call. He was friendly and very professional. The work was done for a reasonable price and to a high standard. 100% satisfied with Aerialforce!

OMG shockingly bad company. DO NOT USE! Engineer turned up to our house drunk, was weirdly argumentative and freaked my kids out and then tried to charge us £120 for connecting a wire. The 'customer service' department refused to speak to me on the phone and hide behind emails. They are rude, dismissive and seem very accepting that their engineers are drunks. No apology or humility. Total cowboys who will rip you off.

During the recent high winds, we unfortunately lost our aerial and subsequently our TV signal. I called the first name that came up on my browser, I’m so glad we did, Aerialforce were fast efficient and very polite. The engineer; Shaun Sowter, was brilliant, he explained everything from diagnostics to cost. He even ran a diagnostic at the end AND retuned my TV. I would highly recommend this company, they pulled out all the stops and made the experience comfortable and easy.

I had a terrible feeling from the moment they arrived, and this proved to be true.

They pushed for a £82.80 just to give a quote after saying there is no call out fee on their website. This was to say there wasn't an aerial on the roof providing a signal.

They pushed for completely unnecessary external aerial to be fitted.

I was given two options which totaled either £549.60 for the unnecessary external aerial install or £417.80 for an internal aerial.

I decided to get a second opinion from a professional company who genuinely didn't charge for callout and charged me a total of £180 to complete the job.

I was chased aggressively for the call out charge including threatening taking me to court before they even took the time to listen to my complaint.

Sadly, for less than £100 it’s not worth my time to take things further. I do hope that this review may save someone else who might be in a more vulnerable position.

I have no doubt they will respond with a lengthy response, far more friendly than the court action they threatened me with before even listening to my complaint (3 working days after the visit).

This perhaps more than anything else differentiated them from being an extremely expensive company into something that is in my view far more sinister.

Already 2 cameras installed. Moved chest of draws 1inch & could not get 2nd camera. The lead,attached with 1 copper strand to box, had fallen out. That cost me £114 which is disgusting- new connector on end of lead ??Be very careful if you have to call them out.
