Caffè Nero

A lovely little cafe to visit and have a coffee n cake. Friendly staff. The premises are clean & tidy which is important. Only criticism is limited selection of hot food available.

Unfortunately a 3 star due to the disappointing state of the toilets. Hate leaving negative feedback, but have to be honest.

Popped in as I was going to work but the rota had changed, I thought why not pop in for a treat before going back home.
Chap serving behind the counter said he was new to the store from Beeston, what a breath of fresh air, excellent customer service, chatty and gave a real warmth.
Coming from the hospitality industry industry I can only say what an asset to the business.
I hope this gets fed back to the guy himself.

Ordered my toastie today at the store it was very busy. I picked up a tomato and mozzarella vegetarian toastie. As it was so busy I got told to sit down and wait for the rest of my order, all fine. I got asked if I wanted the toastie and cake in the same bag (but divided up into little bags inside). Unfortunately I got back to my car and my toastie had got mixed up with someone else’s and it had chicken in with a white sauce. So having to go elsewhere for lunch now. Not great to be honest

The ladies working there provide great service. Greets customers promptly and all is prepared very quickly!

Warm and welcoming, plus side is dogs.are also welcome ,very busy hut still lots of room inside

Nice cakes and drinks, strongly recommend a visit.
