The Flower Café

The Wife and I stopped here for a rest between Solihull and Matlock. We had iced coffees and bacon, brie & cranberry paninis. There were delicious and reasonably priced. So good in fact, that we stopped here again on the way back!
The wife now asking about the next trip and no doubt we'll try to stop here again.
We sat outside as it was so nice, but inside looked nice also. Staff were lovely and pleasant also.

Very ordinary place with bland food and service but often busy proving location is everything...

Have gone past a few times and always wanted to pop in, well today I was out with my daughter and we popped in for a pot of tea and some cake, she had the Victoria sponge and I had the gluten free lemon drizzle cake, both looked beautiful and tasted just as good, the tea was excellent as was the service and place was clean and very welcoming. I will definitely be back 5 stars

Rude person on the till! Only asked if they served a full English and she didn’t even make eye contact when she answered me, NO! Just what is on the menu and I have 10 minutes to order! Glad to say I found a alternative cafe with much better service.

What a lively place, stopped for a butty and a coffee before going to our hotel. Really nice couple run this place, dogs are allowed and get a treat too!

Fantastic breakfast. They aren’t doing full English breakfasts currently but there is still plenty to choose from. Good value for money. Friendly service. Busy so be prepared to have a little wait, luckily the atmosphere is charming.

Nice friendly atmosphere, we just have a drink of coffee when we go so I couldn't comment on the food but the cakes look nice.
