Slightly upmarket café. Ideal place to stop, rest and treat yourself.

There's a great selection of cakes to go with a tea, coffee or hot chocolate (with whipped cream and marshmallows). Hot food is good too particularly the soups.

Soft drinks are available; the usual fizzy junk plus a few 'adult' bottled drinks, like lightly sparkling elderflower if you're feeling posh.

The lovely outdoor seating is within the old, red brick stable courtyard.

Staff are efficient, polite and helpful.

A lovely cafe just behind Astley Park. Very quick service and it’s nice to see inside one of the old buildings on the park. Very good food and polite staff. Would recommend

Can't comment on the food, not eaten here. Coffee is good, the cakes are OK. The service is excellent. We will go again.

Went with a friend this week, who had not been before. She was very impressed. I have been a number of times and previously reviewed.
As always, the food was fresh and well presented. I ordered humus and falafel flatbread (pictures). Friendly staff too. We'll behaved dogs can be taken indoors.
Menu caters for vegetarian/vegans plus other options. Reasonably priced for the quality and quantity. I definitely recommend!!!!

Great selection of food, cakes and drinks. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Always enjoy a visit here after a walk around the park. The homemade soup is really nice. The ladies behind the counter are really nice and make you & your furry companions feel welcomed.

Fabulous breakfast! The place was buzzing on a very rainy NYE. People flocking in for the great service, tables were super clean. Cakes looked amazing. I had the full English and it was the best breakfast I’ve had in years. Amazing Cumberland sausage wheel, tasty bacon and black pudding. Enormous mushrooms too! Staff were friendly and helpful. Go, you won’t regret it!

Fantastic food every time and relatively quick service even when the cafe is full with walking clubs. Dog friendly too!
