Very slow and poor service. Tables not cleared despite staff walking past them. Food took over 40 mins. No milk and sugar available until someone plonked a bag on the counter. People were going to customer services for a refund. The food was good once we got it. It's just a shame about the customer service and staffing issues.

I go in regularly for breakfast.always good choice and reasonably priced - oh,the food is normally very good too.
Staff - on the whole - seem friendly.only one incident were a woman serving me,seemed off hand and quite rude,regarding my table number and order.
That incident stops me from awarded it a five stars - apart from that...

Dont recommend this cafe at all, decided to get something to eat with my mum and son so i ordered us 2 eggs on 2 toast each from the all day breakfast menu and a kids chicken nugget meal for my little boy. We also got our brews from the machine.... coffee was warm not hot and barely filled my mums cup so i had to share mine.
it took around 45 minutes for the food to come out and when it did, the toast was barely cooked, it must have been buttered and sat around for some time as it was chewy when we finally got it also... only the one plate came out despite me asking for 2. i did enquire as to whether or not the second meal would be coming out to which i got the response that i hadnt ordered 2 lots of eggs on toast, i stated that i had indeed asked for 2 to which the reply came that she was not arguing as she did not take my order in the first place, which i found comical as she was quick to pipe up that i hadnt asked for it at all (also I wasnt arguing, i only asked if it was ready) my mum then gave me her 2nd egg on toast.
My son got nuggets, chips and beans, the chips seemed over cooked so he didnt eat them and yet another cold meal!
Id say less if it was packed or even a little busy but there was hardly anybody in to cook or wait on.
Not sure how many people are running this cafe but id have believed there to have been more than enough considering how often staff were just mindlessly chatting in the cafe happily ignoring some of the mess left behind on the tables and floor.
Wishing we hadnt wasted our time or money here, will not be returning!

Very clean the staff who clean up after customers I don't think Morrisons have cleaners in store there sub contractors bear with them

Called in for a family breakfast
English breakfasts were ordered . Had to clean the table ourselves as nobody was in any rush to do so
When they came they were not nice at all
Everything was swimming in fat cold bacon and tomatoes
Dirty cutlery was brought to the table really not impressed at all
The best thing about it was the toast!! Biggest waste of money ever

Waited 40 minutes for the breakfast to finally arrive.. watched it sat on the warmer for 6 minutes before it was delivered. My finger (after being under the freezing air-conditioning) was warmer than the bacon. The toast was still bread and I underdo my toast compared to most people as it is.

There was barely anyone in there so not exactly sure what the 'chef' was doing.

The hot chocolate was horrible, it was luke warm milk with a hint of coco dust.

Absolutely abysmal service. Ordered, paid and waited over 40 minutes for a take away breakfast. Only after complaining with many other customers in the same situation did we get a refund. The cook was rude and offered no apologies and the manager had no idea what they were doing. To make it worse they let the youngster on the till to face the angry customers.
