The cafe is relatively organised given the times we are currently in. Feels really clean. Good is good for the price. Recommended.

Staff rude. Waited ages, even tho it wasnt busy.
Only wanted a brew to take away. Anyway we waited, no apology, or a thank you.
Wont go here again.
Didnt get a nice vibe from this place!
Shame, if the staff had better customer service skills and chucked a smile out, it would be lovely.

Have been to this cafe quite a few times and it can be hit and miss. The food is tasty but sometimes a little too much grease on the plate. You get generous sized portions and it is really well cooked. I have never had to wait an enormous amount of time for ordering or service and food has always arrived fairly quickly. We had honeycomb iced lattes for the first time the other day and they were delicious and the barista was very friendly and efficient. I love going to this cafe as it's a great place for a catch up and a chat with a friend or a lovely brunch with the family 😊

Came to brew coffee shop for the first time after doing shopping, will not return. Arrived at 15:15 and was told by staff member after taking my order that they shut at 16:00 and she didn’t understand why people thought it was okay to come in now when the ‘new closing hours are on the poster behind’. I was repeatedly then told how annoying it was that there was more customers behind me.
Staff member did not know how to make drink that I ordered from the specials menu and made it very clear that she did not like making these drinks.
I understand that it may have been a busy day but that doesn’t mean that customer service should go out the window. More barista training clearly needed and maybe a requirement to increase staffing so that doing the job they are there to do is not such a chore.

Food wasn't up to its usual high standard so a assistant called Holly was the nicest helpfully lovely person..10 out of 10 for customer service...

Don't stock on food .absolutely terrible compared to the Blackpool road cafe .

My partner and I came today and we’re very disappointed with the food, service and cleanliness. There were barely any staff on the floor, meaning that people who were wanting to order in person had to wait for ages to get served. We ordered online and were told to collect the bottle of coke from the counter, where my partner waited for a while before he asked and was told to get it himself. I ordered a cloudy iced lemonade, and it didn’t say to collect this, leading us to believe that it would be brought over to us. However, after eating most of our food, we decided to ask about it and were told that we also had to collect that. It didn’t really taste of much. For food, we ordered a Yorkshire wrap but were told it wasn’t available, so my partner got a very dry burger instead. I had avocado on toast with poached eggs. It was okay, but really could have done with some seasoning. The chips and garlic bread were great though.
Overall, it was a pretty poor experience. The prices are low, but staff will walk past you if you’re waiting for help, and the ordering could be difficult for people who aren’t familiar with technology. The tables could also do with being cleaned more often.

Lunch. We had Jacket potato with salad. Best bit - portion of real butter.
Salad was assorted very dry leaves, 3 whole cherry tomatoes & some very large chunks of cucumer.
Potato was not hot, at the most I'd say warm.
Staff. 2 staff seen. Both did not appear happy in their work, grumpy, & lacked customer service skills
