Typical Sainsbury's cafe. Mostly clean and a good menu with veggie and vegan options, but would benefit from better staff training or retention as the quality of service varies and there are always new faces. Perhaps the amount we pay for the food justifies a pay rise to encourage people to stay?

Reasonable cafe but slightly untidy, the service is very slow and the staff are not cheerful apart from the lady who delivered our food. The food was well presented but smaller portions than I've had in other outlets. The cafe is Ok for a quick snack but it's not a place I can honestly say I'm over the moon with. There is plenty of room for improvement and more staff might be a start to speed up the service.

Great cafe! You may have seen a picture of a cold bacon sandwich on here. As an ex staff member of this cafe I can confirm it's a lie, we only ever used tea cakes for sandwiches and sliced bread for toast. They would not have been served this item in the first place. Please, pay no attention to people with too much time on their hands, the girls who work in this cafe are second to none when it come to caring about their work.

The food is a little pricey for what you're paying for but overall the food tastes good. The coffee is okay. The main thing for me that I love about this place is its usually quiet when I finish work which makes it a nice place to unwind and have a brew.

Lack of any hot food. Toasted tea cake or a panini and that's it no hot meals, no breakfast used to love going to Sainsbury's for their all day breakfast.
