Good food and drink overlooking the lake

Lovely ice creams friendly staff. But need to make clear what time you close apparently it depends on how busy you are. Shame... we saw several people with children who were left disappointed that was at 3.45 pm perhaps we need an ice cream van in the car park.

Lovely veggie breakfast here.
Like to come n admire the lakeside view.
Good access for disabled folk n also disabled loo.
Warning tho- can get very noisy coz of low ceiling n number of people!

Lovely selection of ice creams. Have to sit outside as have dogs with us but plenty of seating. Selection of hot food, snacks and drinks available. Set in Fairlands Valley Park which is lovely to walk round. Clean toilets available to use.

I went to Costellos cafe at Fairlands Valley lakes today with my Grandchildren. We had food drink & Ice creams. The cafe was really busy with only 2 staff serving. It was a very hot day & they were rushed off there feet but still gave a nice polite welcome to each customer. Food came quick & was hot & tasty & they had everything on the Menu. Only downside was tables wasn't cleared after customers left but I take it that it was because they were short staffed. Really lovely place. Will return & recommend xxx

It's an okay cafe for what it is, it is basic, it's not a Costa or cafe Neros. The coffee can be a bit hit and miss, staff are friendly. The ice cream is a hit with my son.
Nice to stop here after a Saturday morning parkrun.
Reasonable pricing.

Excellent quality fish finger bap and delicious candyfloss ice cream. Only the outdoor tables are open at the moment but there are plenty of them and service is excellent, and the very clean toilets are still open. Plus beautiful views across the lake.
