This one is the right side of the track, if you know what I mean. Don't bother crossing over to the other Puccino's. Why would you do that? All those stairs! And this one is so friendly! And convenient! And ... I have nothing else to add!

Great service from Eleanor and Beau. Professional, smiling and helpful. Great coffee and pain au raisin. Bought a ‘keep cup’ that they rinsed in boiling water before filling it with my free first coffee. Thank you ladies.

Probably as you expect: A bit overpriced, and not the greatest food or beverages, but it's convenient, and a nice place to wait for your train. It's quite small, but they make good use of the space so you don't feel too cramped.

Always get great service from the staff in here.

Yesterday I ordered a latte but accidentally got an Americano. No big deal, I just carried on with my day thinking nothing more of it.

This morning I ordered a latte, they remembered and made sure to out it through as an Americano to make things right. No prompting, just good old fashioned looking after the customer.

The staff in there are great, and I know I'm not the only one who feels that way.

That's why I get my coffee there not Costa on the concorse. Keep up the good work.

Imagine it is a very warm day, you are travelling into London and you find yourself needing some water. I walk in and asked for a cup of tap water, her face made it out as if it was a chore. I then ask if I could have it in a bigger cup but that is not allowed as I was not buying anything and "they have to pay for the cups and we sell bottled water".

Then on my way home I found myself on the other platform, so last minute I thought id try and see if they would put it in a large cup just out of curiostity. The women behind the counter looked as if my pressence was annoying to her. She proceeded to get a small cup and informed me it would be 50 pence.... 50p for TAP WATER! I could not fathom charging someone for tap water, she reluctantly gave me it (im sure just to get rid of me), she gave me a lid in disgust and glared at me when i was walking out of the store....

All in all a horrible experience on both platform stores and will urge people to avoid at all cost!
