Finally visited for the first time last week. Lovely brunch for 2 adults and a toddler; friendly service and really nice atmosphere! We will be back!

Terrible. Coffees were terrible at best. Tasted like I stand coffee. There was another table and they ordered coffees too and all four of them didn’t drink their coffees.
Enough about the coffees.

Food was not good. Under portioned. Probably used one egg for the omelettes and hardly any fillings. For the price they charge I would have expected a lot more than what was offered.

Not sure how this is possible but I left there hungrier than when I came in.

There are other places in the area similarly priced but with much better coffee and food.

Food is nice, a little overpriced but the service is shocking. The people are nice enough however we waited 1 hour 10 minutes for a fry up, when we questioned how long it would be at 55 minutes they said probably another 10 minutes. No apology or anything. Should be called Slow Coach not coach house

We often come here for breakfast bagels and they're really excellent and a for a great price. Good coffee too. A lovely courtyard area to sit too.

What a wonderful little location. Tucked away behind the tyre shop, it's definitely worth hunting out. The space was cute, and the service from most very smiley, helpful, and friendly. All of the food we had was absolutely utterly scrumptious. Really surprisingly so actually - kudos to the chef around lunchtime on May 8th 2021. Teeny gripe that our heater kept going out and was only looked at the first time after we raised it, but then went out again, and ignored. With the wind that day, it was a little uncomfortable. Still, that aside, can't wait to go again.
