Cafe In The Orchard

Oh my goodness what an amazing find! Lovely staff, super quick with orders and amazing food in lovely surroundings.We had full English which drinks were included. I noticed the sausage was all meat and delicious. All beautifully cooked. Highly recommend this place. Prices reasonable too!

Lovely cafe with good choice of food, including some vegan options. Most portions seemed decent size and price. Extra touches like burning incense to keep away the wasps were appreciated!

The gentleman behind the counter was very polite and pleasant, great service. The food was great too, bagels, hash browns, coffees etc were all great. This would have been a 5* review had it not been for the noise. Maybe I have sensitive hearing but honestly the sound of the chairs been pushed/dragged constantly across the floor was almost unbearable at times. Sorry if that sounds ridiculous but we all thought it was a lot.

Lovely place to eat in a beautiful setting .
The only 2 things I would comment on, is seeing staff with pinnies on going to the toilet in them and then back to the kitchen not good hygiene practice ,and also they need to wash the dishwasher out more often ,as the cups and saucers smell of old wet dish cloth not nice when you have to drink from them . The service staff and food is great that's my only comment, that I am sure would be taken on board as they are very professional.

We always enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff and good food. Great location for a coffee and walk around the local footpaths. Excellent value too.

Is this the best kept secret locally? I have only just stumbled across The Cafe in The Orchard. What a gem. Good food severed by eager to please people. I’m looking to buy a season ticket, I like it so much.

Can’t bear to go here anymore - the manager is so moody he has put off myself and my friends from returning with his MOODS.
Can’t understand why HE chose to do hospitality - certainly NOT the right fit.
Such a shame as WE have been coming here for 19 years.
