Marks & Spencers Cafe

Limited availability at 3pm of cakes . Had a scone with jam and cream which are all sold separately. Be nice if you could get a cream tea as one item rather than have to ferret around for the different items.
Seats are rock hard plastic. Only a certain number soft seats in booths.
Difficult to find somewhere to park a wheelchair once the person has got out of it and room to manoeuvre a chair around can be tricky when busy.
Scone was fresh. Only a few choices for fruit tea and was expensive ...I think a box of them was cheaper than one cup !

Have been a regular visitor to Brookfield Farm M&S Cafe for some time. The staff are very pleasant especially Matt who serves hot food to tables. He is a definite asset to M&S friendly, polite and extremely helpful; I cannot praise him enough. He certainly helps to make a visit a positive experience. Some time ago when in there with my 4 year old grandson an employee came and gave him a Percy Pig soft toy for behaving so well in the cafe. He was delighted; what a nice thing to do M&S, thank you

No saucers with the hot drinks or milk jugs bacon rolls are smaller asked for weakcoffeestill came upstrong my father's coffee was way to strong had to ask for milk

Lovely breakfast, perfectly poached eggs with avocado on sour dough. Came with a coffee, great value for money

Very clean cafe, with a good choice of food and drink. Lovely staff, always smiling and ready to help you.

Nice place to meet up have coffee etc, then shop in store, with outside parking.

Happy and friendly staff is paramount in my opinion, service with a smile is also something nice to see! The cashier ladies were the grumpiest, most unfriendly and unhelpful bunch I’ve ever come across! You’re not happy in your job or not happy serving the public sufficiently then change the job role!

Not a great selection of food.
Dirty tables and not enough staff to clear them.
