Ordered a steak fajita, salted caramel milkshake and pink lemonade. My partner had a chilli halloumi wrap, iced latte and pepsi max.

The drinks were literally amazing. Thats the only reason for two stars. The food was barely edible. Really thick hard chips, we both left pretty much all of them. We also didnt enjoy the wraps. I picked all the spinach out of the fajita, it tasted weird but even without the greens the wrap was not tasty and way too spicy. Bare in mind I love mexican food.

My partner couldnt finish half of her wrap. She always get chilli halloumi wraps but her eyes were watering. I think the chef went over board with spice todag 🤔

No one asked us how the food was or anything and I wasnt going to go to the counter with 3 people behind the till and complain about the above. Too awkward. Sorry, you seemed nice but no excuse for poor food.

Very good overall. Moderately expensive but tasty steak fajita and large mellow latte arrived at the same time, and staff courteous. Breakfast menu looks promising, so I'll come back to try. Quite a useful location in the town centre. Worked for me.

Came shopping with my friend and wanted to sit down for not even 5 minutes and a waitress came over to us with an attitude telling us to leave as we were being ‘extremely rude’ for not ordering anything as we just wanted to sit for 5 minutes as any normal person would after a long day of shopping. I understand we didn’t order anything but I don’t understand how it’s rude. Once what I believe to be the manager came out and spoke to us he was very understanding and polite and we both understood eachother and he handled the situation very well compared to the waitress. Lovely place and some lovely staff just let down by others😔

Rude waitress, calling customers rude for sitting down for what wasn’t even 5 minutes. Blonde waitress stormed over to us called us rude for sitting down then walked off, she then Informed whom I think was the owner/manger of this. Who then came out and asked about the situation, once we’d explained the reason for us sitting down to him he was fully understanding. Unfortunately we will not be coming back due to the rude waitress and feel we were target as we are younger adults. I wouldn't recommend this place if you were looking for friendly customer service from the waitresses.

Have been a loyal customer here for a year now loved the milkshakes as they were rich and creamy but now they gone down hill the milkshakes were warm and horrible not even creamy.

Used to serve them in beautiful glass jars and now just plastic.
2 stars as it used to be 5

Great food again. Second time here and still just as good. Food is good value, little bit of a wait but all cooked fresh. Very tasty and staff very helpful and friendly. Will be back when next in Exeter.

We didn't eat here as hot food had stopped being served after a certain time but there was plenty of seating and plenty of drink options available. Friendly staff. Clean and welcoming venue.
We always pop down to this cafe from London every 6 -8weeks
