Huffkins at John Lewis Cheltenham

Whenever I visit Cheltenham i pay a visit to Huffkins for lunch. This was my first time visiting the John Lewis Huffkins and it was a very enjoyable experience. I was able to book a table online easily which was great because i know it can get busy. I had the soup of the day which was Leek and Potato and my daughter had the childrens scrambled eggs. Both meals came out very promptly and were delicious. My soup came with croutons and 2 massive slices of bread, they don't skimp at all! The staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. We had a great time and cant wait to visit again!

It's a nice, bright, light, airy & modern cafe with friendly staff but boy is it expensive. £8.50 for a pasty with crisps & salad & a fairly average pasty at that.

Relaxed atmosphere.

What an awful service. Spent nearly £8 for two croissants. A butter one and warm almond. We were told we can't get the almond croissant warmed , because there is too long a wait. He waitress brought us out hot drinks and said sorry i dont know which is which???

Really busy , one in one out. A guy with a tattooed arm who I think was the manager was out of his depth. He almost threateningly told the customers that they need a table number if they want to be served. John Lewis is supposed to have an element of class. Quite chavvy today actually

I was pleased to see the selection of vegan options, there were some great cakes to choose from which were delicious! The staff were friendly and gave really good service, they made it a very enjoyable experience for me.

Visited here with my 2 kids and the staff were great.

Cakes were inhaled by my boys and kept them quiet for a short time which i am very thankful for.

Next time im back up this way il be certain to come in again.

staff were wonderful and the place is very clean BUT ...not like i remembered it to be ..sadly the afternoon tea was skimpy and used to get a great selection of cakes not just a scone ..oh well things change still do a nice Tuna sarnie tho ! x

Lovely, attentive staff and stunning cakes. Will definitely be back again.
