Frozen Gelato

Being a pudding fan and regular at Sprinkles in Portsmouth we decided to give this place a go. We came on a Sunday and it was dead with two young people serving.
My wife had the crepe which was cold, thick and rubbery, which staff were happy to replace; only the second was also cold, thick and rubbery.
The waffle was also served cold.
The children had two banana splits-they didnt eat theirs as they werent fans.
The chocolate sauce was cheap watery and didnt taste like chocolate.

We had 4 puddings, 1 hot drink 2 cold drinks we spent £30 which is about right. I would recommened spending a bit more and going to sprinkles instead. Especially if your looking for a birthday treat like we were.

Staff were polite although ignored us when we said thank you and good bye.

Lasting note....you get what you pay for :(

Staff seemed rushed and weren't focused. Staff had to explain to several customers that they were out of waffle batter after they had paid. Orders weren't being done by table but all over the place so we had our ice creams at different times.

However the Ice cream was nice, would come again if it was better organized
