Went here with my mum and had tea and bacon sandwich. Everything was good apart from the sandwich. The crust on the bread was very dry,the butter was in a lump in the middle of each slice if bread and want spread out at all. There was 1 and a half birds of bacon in mine and 2 in mums. The bacon was so dry it crumbled as you chewed it. We left most of it. Worst bacon sandwich I've had in a long time.

Ok food. Low prices. Not very attractive surroundings. Ok for a quick meal.

Staff couldnt even cook an egg so it was runny and burned our toast. How can you work in a cafe when you cant even make toast?

Awful service took 30mins for the food to arrive it was Bacon and egg brioche, I could of made it fresh quicker, people who ordered after us had there food and had finished, asked for takeaway boxes as we where limited by time and the lady wasn’t to impress with me for asking and was rude with the request

Honestly horrendous service here. I don't normally lose my head but the staff here were completely useless. I've been here a couple times and the servers are always miserable but usually at least provide some basic customer service. Today however, I needed some water for my 4 month olds formula which needs to be added to her bottle while still boiling then allowed to cool down. When I made this simple request I was advised they couldn't provide boiling water, even though they serve tea with boiling water. So I agreed to let them add the boiling water to the bottle and keep it behind the counter until it cooled down. 45mins later, after we add eaten, I returned to collect my now cooled water ready to make my baby her formula. But to my horror the server poured away the water before handing me back the bottle! Completely shocked, I said to the server it was the water that I needed but they replied they couldn't give it to me. This makes absolutely no sense. I was and remain incredibly angry.

Standing at the counter with the lady in the kitchen by the window of the door. I waited over five minutes trying to get her attention to be served at 08.07am today. I was glared at when I raised my hand in question. I ordered a simple fried egg on toast. Again waited for nearly 15 mins, the restaurant was empty. What was served was disgusting. The toast was burnt but the eggs were not cooked. The egg white was translucent and runny on top and I had to grab her attention to say so. It was then returned cooked but as I was eating, there was either a blue/green hair or thread on the second piece of toast. I stopped eating and left. I didn’t have time to complain as I had waited so long and needed to get to work. I wouldn’t recommend eating here and to be honest, their food hygiene training needs revisiting
