Cornish Cafe

Drive pass this area though to support local business hence pop in to this cafe. Usually I would go Mac Donald for ease of parking.
There’s a sign outside the shop “English breakfast £6”.
What would you expected for English breakfast? I had eaten plenty of them up to north Newcastle, south to London (which I live for more than 10 years) even west to Bangor east midland etc and so on. Remarkably is hungry horses in Corby (which voted best breakfast before)
I would expected 2 sausage , mushroom, 2 egg , 2 toast, tomatoes and bean. Some would included coffee or tea in a deal. But this Cornish cafe was unbelievable, highest price among all of the English breakfast I had so far. £10.30 for 2 bacon 1 egg, 2 toast , 1 cappuccino , 1 sausage. Really ??

Thought I'd support rather than use the greggs
Ordered egg bacon and sausage sandwich, only ended up with bacon and sausage

Cost me £5 for a sandwich which is crazy, offered a can of coke for 1.50? Had to out that back

Taste wasn't great but did the job, however prices seem a bit extortionate, won't be returning

Love this place! Decently priced, comforting food - couldn't really ask for much more. My partner had their bacon roll and loved it, and I had pancakes with banana and Nutella. Good for both meat eaters and vegetarians. Would recommend!

Really lovely small cafe. Lovely staff. Bacon rolls and baquettes are superb. Wide menu. Table cleaned as soon as we arrived. Highly recommended.

I don't often have the opportunity to visit the Cornish café but when I do it's always 1st rate. Beautifully freshly cooked food and incredibly clean & tidy what more could one ask for

The food and staff were good, but the breakfast selection could have been better.
I also didn't enjoy eating my food with a nasty buzzing noise coming from the speakers in the ceiling.

Food was perfectly cooked. Service was good but its only a cafe so the decor isn't brilliant.
