Neat and fast coffee place. A bit overpriced for 2 croissants, a latte and tea was 10£. The almond croissant was very tasty and the latte was ok.

Eaten here two or three times. Never again. Pricing would make Harrods wince. Minimal filling in sandwiches. Scrambled eggs barely passable. Staff just aren't bothered. Slice of cake costs what a full cake costs normally. Makes James Martin's restaurant next door look 5 star!😂. Avoid at all costs.

Charged 15 pounds for scrambled eggs and salmon. Eggs were completely dry and of grey is colour. Definitely reheated, may be from previous day. Did not even try them , never go to this place again. I wish there would be some food quality checks on such places. When it's cheap, you would not expect much, but for this price they should really be fined for misselling.

Absolute rip off. Only thing going for it is that it is half empty. I had decided I didn't mind being ripped off since I wanted to sit for 30 mins but the eggs were disgusting - seemed reheated and completely dry and overcooked. The Buck's Fizz was also one part sparkling wine to one part orange which is incorrect - all in all, you pay a high price and then they try to rip you off even more. I had to complain four times before they corrected my drink and the manager made such a big deal about it, saying 'this is how we do it here etc etc, I can give you the email of head office.' Zero people or complaints management skill - makes you seriously question the people behind it.

Place was nice and tidy. Staff polite. I had the Sky High club sandwich with caviar which was so delicious. The host was very helpful and patient. Today they had the 1£ coffee and tea promotion. I wish i could fly every Tuesday. I highly recommend this place to everybody if you have spare time to spend at the airport.

Surprisingly very good! The staff was very friendly and efficient. Our order arrived in no time at all and the 'Sky high beef sandwich' I got was tasty.
Despite visiting on 23 December the place wasn't crowded either and it had a nice relaxed atmosphere.
A good find!

Not a good experience. Staff very abrupt and rude. No real organisation. Tables have numbers but don't get used. Food orders shouted out around the place. Drinks forgotten. Own drinks just left on counter and had to fetch them ourselves. Not good for the prices your paying. Staff seemed more intent in talking to a lady sat at the bar rather than serving customers. If she was the manageress then she needs to get a grip on things. Not ideal when members of the staff are sat at the bar eating their own food. Not a good advert. Needs to improve massively before we visit again.

This is the first time I've ever written a bad review.
Worst sandwich ever, stale bread, one slice of cheddar cheese so thin it was translucent, one small slice of tomato and a sliver of lettuce, Branston pickle, enough to taste but managed to overpower the tiny portions of other components, nothing made the good looking bread taste nice.
Wish I'd saved £5.95 to buy a Ryanair sandwich and pleased I only bought bottled water...Nothing for Not Always Caviar to ruin..sadly I'm not able to give less than one star.
